"Was hung up on and was spoke to very poorly. I contacted state farm to help my customer who just purchased a car from us. I have never left a google review before but for someone who is in sale's I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to nor would I hang up on someone. Bernice needs some training."

"I would give 10 stars if possible. Imagine feeling like you're at home while speaking with your insurance agent; personalized care and attention, just for you! Well, Bernice makes you feel that way. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine person, you cannot find that everywhere anymore; therefore when you experience it, it makes all the difference. There are so many options out there but I highly recommend this State Farm office!
